Is the homeless girl that pushes the pram/baby stroller death? She’s seen the same day Gemma dies at the vending machines at truck stop and again on the day of jacks death, he even ask her who she is and says “it’s time”, then uses her blanket to murder August. It appears she’s also eating and drinking bread and wine. Always puzzled me as the show previous showed no signs of religious paranormal activity.

She's seen radomly several times throughout the whole series, and it's heavily implied (in
season 6) that she's the ghost/spirit of a woman who died in the pileup accident caused by John Teller when he crashed into the semi truck. We find this out when her daughter (after she finds newspaper clippings about the accident & John Teller's connection to it) smashes the ice cream shop /SAMCRO headquarters window; she later works at the ice cream shop, & hooks up with Ratboy.
It should be noted that the only 2 characters shown to interact with her were Jax & Gemma. None of the other characters ever do.
