Started watching s01 and cringe a lot, dialogue is poor

I thought I will get hooked, and while a couple of episodes were okaish (6/10) the rest is very cringy and just childish. For example FBI detective telling about her hard nipples - unprofessional and feels like a script was written by 12 year olds and aimed at teenagers.

It is just one example, but overall each episode has lots of cringy moments.
