Kurt Sutter is the creator of SOA, Kathy Sagal's husband, he plays Otis and McNally Sagal is her SIL. There's other appearances of family members a scene or 2 here and there. Definitely a family affair

It was only Katy Sagals family which probably got casted because of their relationship to her. I already knew that Kurt and Katy were married, so.
