NCIS link?

When my kids are watching it I can hear it from the other room and I swear it sounds like they say Special Agent Dinozzo sometimes, which is Michael Weatherly's character on NCIS. I have also heard them refer to him as Very Special Agent Oso, which is how Dinozzo has referred to himself on a few occasions. I think this is a direct and intentional nod towards NCIS. Anyone else agree?
