where are they from?

in the international christmas episode - they seemed to be living in europe which makes sense since rapide is clearly french and buffo is italian but the rest of them have american accents? dotty being southern and oso & wolfie having generic american accents. i can't pinpoint mr. dos's accent if he's supposed to have one. thoughts?
