ummm wtf. This movie is just a crappy remake of the awesome German movie Lola Rent (1998) with lesbians. I have nothing against movies based around lesbians but Run Lola Run is a great movie and I HATE crappy remakes it just pisses me off.

All cinema is derivative on some level, get over it. At least the filmmakers were honest about the reference. The style of Run, Lola, Run is fun which is, I think, exactly why they modeled the film after it.
Loosen up and have some fun. It seems like some other people did.
it's obviously not a remake, your right. it's one thing to pay homage to a great German classic and it's another to completely rip off sequences from said film entirely.
If i was to make a movie about a killer who, toward the end of the movie, pulls a guy into his bed and then shoots out a fountain of blood people would cry foul because it was done to perfection in Nightmare on Elm Street 1984.
Naming the main character after Lola would have been a fine enough reference, but to literally take the stair running animation and updating it is not a HOMAGE, it's a rip off.
I can honestly say I have no seen the film, I'm not judging it based on it's merits or it's quality, i'm basing my opinion solely on the trailer which tries to cash in on the immense worldwide popularity of Lola Rente. I will give it a chance when it's done downloading from the playstation network, but sadly i think them ripping off many parts of a classic just to get recognized will completely turn me off. Let's hope the lesbians turn me on eh?
LOL, homage? It has the the same title, ffs. Derivation is ok but blatant copying is not ok.

I thought it was very good and agree it was not as good as the original but it was not bad.

I've seen both, and preferred this head over heels to Run Lola Run. It's not a matter of right/wrong, just preference.
