a small complaint

just viewed this on dvd, and it comes with an intro to the movie, claiming that 'this is the lost footage of a classic 50's movie being shown now for the first time'. It has even has the movies actors 'spoofing' it up as relatives of the actual stars of the film.

It's a cool idea and it made me giggle, but then the movie starts and the thing looks like it was shot yesterday.

I thought the movie should have been given an older kind of scratched feel. Many people have said maybe in black and white.

It just thought it killed the momentum of the intro.
