I watched recently Ed Wood (great movie by the way) and of this movie he would be proud. Ok it was terrible, everything was pathetic, from acting to special effects. I watched it only becouse it has high rating on imdb but why it has high rating?????
If you guys think this is bad you should see 'Attack of the Killer Tomatoes' that is the definition of lame. this movie is a classic compared to that.
Interesting that you should cite a 34 year old cult classic when I can guarantee that the Syfy channel has aired something that is truly 'the definition of lame" within the last week. And no, I didn't check the TV guide, this is a universal statement- point to any date on the calendar, and they've aired some piece of garbage they put together or bought from some other crappy production company within the past seven days.

some people enjoy b-movie sci-fi films, and this one's even a modern day style experiment to emulate that type of bygone cinema - also it pays homage to various classics of the genre.. Well done all around for what it's meant to be.
As a man of great intellect, poise, grace and accelerated table manners I find these films whimsical and enriching. Of course I only attend live theater so I wouldn't know first-hand, but I like to think I travel in all worlds, from high to low to room temperature, if you know what I mean and I suspect you do. See you at the next Chaucer Slam!
(Actually, I just rented this one and turned it off after 5 minutes. It wasn't campy at all, which is what I love and was expecting)
