New DLC 800 pts XBOX LIVE

Does anyone have any feedback on the new DLC, is it worth it - I know that 800 points isn't a whole lot of money but it also occupies valuable HD Drive space and I'm limited to just a few friends who are into online co-op.

Also, does it unlock NEW achievements ?
