Antje Traue's character should have survived.

For everyone, she was the mother of the love interest and sister of the main villain.

Since the main pair didn't end-up together, I felt like she was all alone and that it wasn't fair. Besides, we already had a mother death before that was made strong and had an impact. Antje's character was already half-changing and should have stayed with her daughter at the end. It wouldn't change the story at all, but would give them a happier end.
