Why was she such a dick? She didn't even let him kiss her before he left for the bachelor party.

She had hate in her heart. How did the bartender get so close?

As Charlie Harper might say: "the bartender was out-of-town strange".

She was on a cruise, having fun, probably drunk, and was hit on by a hot bartender who was used to working these cruises. The bartender probably had a closing rate of 85% or better.

I am thinking she has a hormonal problem. Just like gals get angry at the time of the month, the same concentration of that specific hormone could be elevated in her blood for a longer period of time. Additionally, she was just "acting" and some actresses kind of over exaggerate how female dog a gal can be.
