Found a baby in a coffee bean? Can someone explain it to me?

Can someone please explain what the hell this dialogue meant?

Stu Price: So, uh, are you sure you're qualified to be taking care of that baby?
Alan Garner: What are you talking about? I've found a baby before.
Stu Price: You found a baby before? Where?
Alan Garner: Coffee Bean.

I appreciate your explanation, but not the 2nd remark. I can't be the only person who didn't get that joke.

It's just a random joke the script people put in, there is nothing to explain. Either laugh or you don't.

I didn't know Coffee Bean was a place where they sell coffee, so yes, there was something to explain.

I don't drink coffee and never heard of Coffee Bean. The only place I've heard of like that is Starbucks.

You inadvertently already got the joke, not even Alan knew what the hell he was talking about, that was the joke lol.

So by not getting it, you get it.

Coffee Bean is a coffee house chain.

The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf is a regional coffee and tea chain. In Southern California it's almost as common as Starbucks.

Another post gave me insight into this. Apparently, Zach's script is filled with many things relating to his standup sketches. For him being portrayed as a pedophile in this movie, it was apparently in one of his sketches that he said I cannot go into a Chuck E Cheese looking like this." From there, this joke is kept up and I guess it was not "found" as much as it was "kidnapped".
