Can someone please explain what the hell this dialogue meant?

shareAnother post gave me insight into this. Apparently, Zach's script is filled with many things relating to his standup sketches. For him being portrayed as a pedophile in this movie, it was apparently in one of his sketches that he said I cannot go into a Chuck E Cheese looking like this." From there, this joke is kept up and I guess it was not "found" as much as it was "kidnapped".
