*spoilers* Why didn't doug shout down to the workers pulling the bed off that statue? Also, the people running the hotel would know that none of the windows in the rooms open, so it had to have come from the roof; then they'd probably check the roof then to see if there was anything else left up there.

He could not shout down at the workers because they were all ready gone by the time he could have possibly woken up (we never knew how deep Doug's sleep pattern is, nor do we know how long he sleeps for.) There is a mention at the end of the movie that this was not the first time they did this to Doug, so he must have been a deep sleeper.
It could be a possibility that the hotel was busy that day and they could not send anyone up there. There are many times when certain employees slack off because they can and this is why most hotels turn to crap.

Something I don't understand... If Doug threw his mattres from the roof, which he must have since the windows in the suite don't open, then he must have gone to the suite to fetch the mattress in order to throw it off the roof. But why go back up to the roof with the mattress then?

Dexo-Fan, uh, it's because the guys took Doug and his mattress to the roof and left him/it there as a prank. Doug didn't go back to his room, grab the mattress, then haul it back t the roof and then toss if off, SMH, lol.
