I am not sure if this is from Fringe, but I think it might be. A person (maybe a woman, not sure) was found dead in her basement. She was impaled on something on the right wall. At first it was thought to be suicide, but someone pointed out that the basement was so small she could not have gotten enough momentum going to impale herself. Someone figured out that her father killed her.Is this from Fringe?

No, sorry. Sadly, I can't help more than that because I don't recognize where it's from. However, it is not from Fringe.

I know how frustrating it can be to try and track something like that down. I've been in that position myself. Good luck. :)

I think you're referring to "the man in the morgue" episode of Bones from season 1.
