I LOVE THIS SHOW, but what was going on with the episode Charlie dies? The shapeshifter always transferred bodies, but in this episode the shapeshifter became the the nurse, who change into Charlie, yet Charlie's other body was left in the dumpster/container. Did I miss something?

I don't understand the question? What are you asking? Why was Charlie's body hidden after he was killed? Why was the nurse's body left there?

shareYes..If I'm remembering correctly... the shapeshifter killed Charlie, then shifted into Charlie's form, hid Charlie's real body, then pretended to be Charlie while it passed off the nurse's real body as the "dead shapeshifter".
Then later, when the coast was clear, it came back and destroyed Charlie's real body.
BUT... Charlie's death happened offscreen. We were all meant to be fooled--- relieved that Charlie was okay until the big shock when we saw Charlie's corpse.. then we'd know the shapeshifter killed him and had successfully infiltrated the team!!! You know.. a "mini twist".

2. Shapeshifter turns into Fake Nurse.
3. Good guys chase Fake Nurse.
4. Busy chasing, Good Guys don't look for Real Dead Nurse.
5. Fake Nurse gives good guys the slip.
6 Fake Nurse finds Charlie.
7. Fake Nurse kills Charlie.
8. Fake Nurse turns into Fake Charlie.
9. Fake Charlie hides Real Dead Charlie.
10. Fake Charlie puts Real Dead Nurse on the the ground.
11. Fake Charlie pretends Real Dead Nurse is Fake Dead Nurse..
12. Good guys think real Real Dead Nurse is Fake Dead Nurse.
13. Joke is on the good guys, Fake Nurse never died.

So how did real dead nurse get to the location where incinerator was? Unless shape shifter had lured her there previously and hid her body only to place it on the ground after the fact.
The way I see it, so far, is that there were 2 people there originally (fake nurse & Charlie), but 3 people ended up (Charlie's dead body, fake Charlie, nurse). I thought real dead nurse was left up in the hospital where shape shifter killed her.

It's poor writing which is trying to be smart to trick people.
We do see a nurse get grabbed but that is it (you expect he would kill and copy like the previous person)
The poor writing is how Charlie is killed so quickly and copied we had seen earlier in the episode how that happens and it could never of been done in that time frame also the whole area would of been searched plus tests would of shown the nurse didn't have the gun shot wounds plus was 100% human.
Its one of those things with this show its tries to make out it is very smart but not really you need to turn your brain off and just go with it.
