There is a satellite photo examined by Ms. Reilley of what we presume is a successful implementation of the program.

The coordinates do not specify N/S or E/W, but the only combination that does not put them squarely in the middle of an ocean is north latitude and east longitude, placing the cited spot in the movie in the middle of the city of Fallujah, Iraq.

It's on screen about 20 minutes and 30 seconds into the movie (as she flips through papers after being told to remain calm).
