What other Aus or NZ criminals do you want to see a series done on?

With Underbelly going into a 5th shorter 8 episode series and a 6th one that'll apparently be anorher period one, what other Aus and NZ criminals would you love to see get a 13 episode story on, or just an Underbelly TV movie made on.

They should return to the characters from the original season and update what has happened since then:
Mario Condello's Murder
Tony Mokbel's escape to Greece and extradition back to Australia
Des Moran's murder
The season could finish off with Carl's murder in jail

Wow you pretty much nailed it... Fat Tony & Co isn't officially Underbelly, but close enough...

Chopper Read and/or Chris 'Rentakill' Flannery.

I wish I had been an extra in any of Natalie Gregory's work.

i would like to see a series based around Chopper too although it would have to be set during a different time to the film "chopper" perhaps showing him in his teens and then in his twenties although i suspect a lot after that vwould be set in prison. apparently he had a bit a rivalry in the 80s with Alphonse Gangitano so that would be interesting.

it would be quite interested to know what Alphonse Gangitano was up to between the second season and the first season.

a season set before the second season surrounding the kane brothers would also be good

also seeing a young Graham Kinniburgh would be interesting. he seemed really calm and laid back in the first season and probably the least glamourous of the carlton crew and the one we know the least about.

there are a few bikie gangs in Australia so focusing on any of them would be good also.

I absolutely agree with your suggestion to produce an Underbelly series on Dave Everett.

On your recommendation I have just finished reading his book called "Shadow Warrior".

Highly recommended!
