2008 Series 1 - underbelly - is this still banned in victoria?

It was banned while court cases pended, I'm guessing if they've finished then it'd be available, it was shown on TV (can't remember which channel!) In a 'cut' version because I remember watching it on TV and later comparing to the released DVD version. They cut things out that had nothing to do with the court cases just to shove in more ads which was pretty stupid because everyone that wanted it just went into N.S.W to buy the unrated version and laughed at the ban!!!
