sharewtf? CBS really blows on this one. 10-11 million viewers isn't enough...maybe they should have named it CSI: with real drama! CBS is really pissing me off! tj:)

Just speculation, but could it have to do with Marley's pregnancy? If she wasn't available to film this summer or early fall, then maybe they decided not to do the show without her. Just wondering.

To hell with CBS, another network can pick it up.

About time. What a waste of airtime.
A stolen kiss is better than a legal one.
A waste of time? Well then your time is wasted anyways, get the hell out of here.
"A stolen kiss is better than a legal one"???? What's that suppposed to mean? Rape is better than consentual sex? Hopefully for your sake, it means something else.
Quality matters. It's the Only thing that matters.
Oh no! I've just started watching this on living and i adore it! It's such a great show and i really love Hood&Rachel. Boooooooo!
shareIf NBC had any sense at all (which obviously it doesn't), it would pick up Eleventh Hour or without A Trace from CBS because both are very solid performers.
shareLiane-6, don't stop watching! You'll love every episode til the end.

This show was pretty bad, in my honest opinion. I suffered through the whole season, though, and would not have been all that disappointed if it hung around. I think this is one of those shows that may have seriously benefited from a second season. Truthfully, though, Marley Shelton was just not good with this role. She over-acted quit a bit.
shareI agree, CM, this show was weak.
Rufus Sewell is a great actor but you would never suspect it from his zombie-like performance in this series. Marley Shelton is just another homogenized Hollywood blonde--utterly forgettable.
The idea of having **her** be the muscle, responsible for seeing that nothing happened to the professor was a novel idea but she lacked all credibility in the part of an FBI Special Agent. She held a pistol like it was a dinner roll!
Some of the story ideas had potential, but they were poorly realized. The endings could be seen after the first fifteen minutes.

Ha, good skewer.
"held a pistol like it was a dinner roll"
Your points are good but...I'll still miss it.
the show is "ok", nothing special and will probably be very forgettable after a short while.
It feels like a poor mans Fringe. But this show wasn't bad enough to warrant it's cancellation.
I agree with however said Marley Shelton was not good here. She seems so generic and unconvincing.
You're a load in my pants Al - Officer Dan
What's really weird is that according to zap2it, this show is in the top 20 for the season so far--18th to be exact. There must be something else going on here. Weird.

Ok so I;m a lttle slow I just found out it got canceled, I'm really bummed I enjoyed the heck out that show. I don't think that it had to do with Marley's pregnency, as they could have brough someone in while she was out, the do it all the time.
Carpe Diem--One Day at a Time
same bs they did to crossing jordan when she happened to be preggers too? GRRRRR
