Why were they killing those people? Just to feed them to the hogs? Who was the girl on the operating table missing a foot. A little explanation from the director would have helped.

The ending was particularly confusing to me. Yes, I get that the one guy was the brother and not their friend but what happens? Does he take the girl to freedom and end up getting off for what he did? Or does he deliver her to the crazy ma? This movie was one of the worst I have seen yet. It belonged on Chiller channel. heheh
