Does the blond sister die? They were driving, and got caught, but then they only showed the brunette sister, right? Or did I just miss something.

I'm assuming she did. I think they showed her get beat pretty bad when they ripped the two of them from their car near the end. The other scenario is that she was in another room just like the one that the brunette sister was in at the end...who knows how many girls they kept there and where they kept them.
