A Japanese tv ad was posted on Youtube in March for what will be a second series of Galileo shows. Also on youtube is the Galileo movie Suspect X. Haven't checked yet to see if it has subtitles, but reviews suggest it is somewhat darker than the series.

It was more serious and the murder trick was actually plausible (although the series tries hard with science to make sense out of the happenings).
An excellent thriller film with fresh touches like railgun experiment.
Theres a second cinematic effort as well now.
In korea it is titled A Midsummer's Algebra. Not sure in Japanese or English.
That is also a superb film with genuine mystery and logical conclusion.
Misses out on the comedic elements from the show but as a standalone they are terrific.
