Enjoyable but doesn't make sense

Spoilers!!

They knew where the nuclear device was being assembled, but didn't tell anyone who could do something about it!!?? That is my biggest complaint, it was just really stupid!! The other really stupid part is when he was spying on the secret meeting, he apparently forgot to bring extra clips for his gun!!! Really poor writing all around. They tried to make a movie like "24" but it isn't even close. If people are trying to kill me with automatic weapons and I kill one of them with my bare hands, I'm going to take his weapon and shoot back!!
