Is there going to be part 4?

Blair during the Bush years, his reelection and downfall. The last few minutes of this basically screams "To be continued". And there was that foreshadowing line in The Queen when she warns him that someday the public will turn against him. I'd love it if they could bring back Hope Davis as Hillary. She was wonderful and perfectly cast. When she smiles she looks uncannily like the real thing. Almost as good as Stephen Culp as RFK in Thirteen Days.

Michael Sheen has said this is the final one in the "Tony Blair Trilogy" but I agree, they have to do one more with Blair's fatalistic relationship with George Bush and his eventual resignation as Prime Minister. Bring back David Morrisey as Gordon Brown and have Timothy Bottoms play Bush- a better GW than Josh Brolin's over-the-top performance in "W."

Which other movie featured GW? I can only remember Brolin's portrayal in W.

I would also really like to see the Bush/Blair relationship. I really hope HBO continues the story, but I think that this film will be the last, unfortunately.

The mediocre TV movie 'DC 9/11: Time of Crisis' featured Bottoms as Bush.

A scathing review of it is located at: http://www.agonybooth.com/agonizer/DC_9_11__Time_of_Crisis_2003.aspx

I agree with the original poster about Hope Davis. She was excellent as Hillary Clinton. I would have liked even more scenes with her.

Frank: Just a man.
Harmonica: An ancient race.

Mediocre? 'Time of Crisis' was an hysterically bad propaganda piece if ever there was one. After all these years, it still beggars belief.

"And no regrets?"

I agree. It was a terribly laughable film. It was akin to Leni Riefenstahl without the excellent camerawork.

Frank: Just a man.
Harmonica: An ancient race.

The funniest moment is where, I think it's Bush himself, bites the nib off his pen like it's some kind of comedy grenade. You know, portraying the Commander in Chief as Rambo really gets The Heartland's juices flowing. 'I'm George Bush and I approve this film.'

If there's going to be one more film, my guess it will revolve around Iraq - possibly the days when he made the decision or perhaps something set around the inquiry.

Drop your weapons! You're surrounded by armed bastards!!!!

I gather there's going to be a Broon-centric chapter based around "bigotgate"; the fallout, the towering recovery and then the lost election a couple days later. Michael Sheen reprising his role as Blair giving moral support. Should be epic.

Seems there never was. The writer has been working on The Crown lately.
