We need another one

I love the Queen, and this movie is a nice continuation. They held out on the scene with Bush. But I would kill to see another sequel about the war in Iraq with the same actors (Blair, his wife, his spin doctor). It doesn't have to attack Bush to alienate some viewer (although I personally do not mind) but it could have just focused on how the public felt Blair lied to them.

If they can get Helen Mirren to reprise her role as the queen and reflect back on the event from the Queen movie (as implied in the Queen's ending) that would be such an awesome way to close the whole thing.

Unless they want another one about how Blair retired.

I would love another one as well. I could watch Sheen play Blair forever. You should check out THE DEAL. I can't tell by your post if you are aware of it or not.

I would really like to see a film about the Blair/Bush relationship.

However, I doubt we ever will because it would be more difficult to pull off then the others as Bush was widely disliked. At least The Queen, Clinton and Gordon Brown are most 'user friendly' so to speak then Bush.

It would certainly polarise audiences depending on the stance it took.

I just saw the whole "trilogy" today. I have to say, they were all really well made and I was yearning for more. They should definitely bring Martin Sheen back and examine the Bush era.
