She suddenly realized that people are actually watching the show. She reacted naturally imo. :)

Seriously. I tuned in, just as she was sitting there and then screamed and ran off. I didn't know what her reasoning was? Did she get shocked? Was a bee landing on her nose? What?!?!
Okay, seriously, we don't know. She didn't say. She was holding the guy's wrist, feeling his pulse (or lack of it), and suddenly she screamed. She seemed to say (to him, as others were talking) that he made some movement that freaked her out, but when they showed it again, he didn't seem to move at all until she screamed. So she would appear to be the only one who really knows why.

She said that she felt a shock. I work at NBC. I have viewed the episode multiple times. It was easy to miss what she said but she did say that she got shocked.

See, when I tuned in, I just caught her screaming off the stage and then he did say something about being sorry that sometimes things like that happen...or something like that, so I couldn't figure out what DID happen!

I don't think anyone is giving MtBecky a proper answer. If you still don't know, the guy(also his name is Guy) was able to stop his heart on live tv. Both Raven and the Nurse were there and a machine was checking his pulse. His heart/pulse stopped. After his pulse restarted Raven freaked out as Guy basically came back from the dead.
