Can't believe there are no topics yet

I thought this was a darling movie sort of Coen-esque but more light-hearted and with unexpected twists. Plus it pretty much held together I.e. made sense and the plot had a life of its own going where it led rather than feeling forced to fit some outcome someone preordained. I was sad when ... *spoiler* ... the husband died although that was helpful I will admit. But again it seemed like an outcome dictated by th life of the story and not reuse ex machina. My biggest problem with the script were the ... *spoiler* ... undershorts that got left behind. As those were no doubt prison issue it seems they would have led the sheriff et al in a truer direction. Alas all is rather explained ultimately and fortunately as things unfolded not in some big apology speech which I tend to dislike in fiction. Hey girls what do you think ... is that Josh Cooke cute or what?

very surprising this board is so empty, just saw the movie on Netflix and it was fun.

I am so sick of Netflix recommending stupid black comedies as "horror movies". It's insulting, to be honest.

Is this just some non sequitur complaint?

This will be the high point of my day; it's all downhill from here.
