What was in the cup?

In the scene with William the Farter, what was in the cup? I've been watching the DVD (director's and theatrical cuts and extras) and I wonder what I'm missing, if they ever mentioned it.

a cigareette, well there was *beep* on the filter end of the cigarette which he used to light with his ass which bam smoked from.

Haha its *beep* cant remember who says it though...the cup looks like it came from Dave's direction too so you know it was probably foul lol
