If anime keeps getting worse...
Expect a show like MST3K only for bad anime rather than bad horror/sci-fi movies.
shareAnime isn't getting worse. Its distribution is going to hell, though...
To make this point, I cite every decent anime that's been killed off by Cartoon Network...
Yu Yu Hakusho? Axed.
Zatch Bell? Axed.
Marchen Awakens Romance? Axed. (Although as bad as its animation is, I think it's pretty well fit for that Mystery Anime Theatre 3000. Maybe even 2000. It's somewhere just below "decent," frankly.)
Prince of Tennis? Served and shot right out of the court, although at least it wasn't axed mid-storyline the way Cartoon Network did with just about every other Toonami anime in the past 4 years.
One Piece? Axed...and JUST when they were coming out with a halfway decent dub. What did they put in its place? BAKUGAN.
The law of Cartoon Network broadcasting is that any good anime will be canceled on a cliffhanger. This is doubly so for an anime that hasn't been edited to death. They will invariably end up on Jetstream, where anyone with a dial-up computer can wait 2 whole hours for the videos to load.
Perhaps our only hope...is Ani-Mondays...
