Region 2?

Where can I find a copy of this in Region 2 code. I've seen this link http://www.amazon.com/Detective-Story-Takashi-Miike/dp/B001UNSZ9O posted on here but can't find the film anywhere. To me Takashi Miike films would be more welcomed in the Uk than random efforts like Chaw (even though I quite fancy the look that film haha.
