Why wouldn't she have figured out that Charlie is going out at night? Wouldn't she hear Charlie and Stan leaving?
shareI don't know what planet you're from but sneaking out at night is as easy as one-two-three. All you have to do is be stealthy. I've snuck out the front door(and came back in) numerous times while my mom fell asleep on the living room couch.

But yes, sneaking out of a house is way too easy, only way we used to get caught was when my neighbor saw us coming out the window or going back in... Damn neighbor was a rat...
good point about sneaking out...
