does anyone else have this problem with ps3 version of skate

it seems like whenever i quit through the xmb it either freezes and i have to turn the switch off and on in the back or it freezes and restarts on its own. i havent had this problem with the other games ive been playing lately or when i put on a dvd/bluray.
