Well done documentary

Five episodes, very informative, and I hear better than the Netflix one with Zac Efron. This one had his long time girlfriend of 5 years, along with her daughter.
I never knew the history of Bundys life before and during the crimes.
I didnt know the theatrics in the courtroom, including his outburst of a marriage proposal to his current girlfriend at that time , allowing the marriage to be legal, because of a loophole in Florida law, having announced it in front of a residing judge.
I didnt know he confessed to the crimes only days before his execution , trying to buy time. Until then, he claimed his innocence.
They did not show enough on his fast marriage nor his daughter that he has (she since changed her name and noone knows her whereabouts) She would be 38 today.
Its worth the watch.

Watch the Netflix doc on Bundy. It’s got all that and more

I watched this and also thought it was pretty good. I'm guessing that since his daughter has chosen to live anonymously, the documentary decided to respect that and not reference her much (even though it's fascinating that he managed to impregnate his wife from a prison that doesn't allow conjugal visits). One thing they did confirm that I always wondered about was that his ex-wife Carol Boone died a couple years back while living in a retirement home.

Yea they should respect her privacy.

But Bundy was rich and famous. He couldve easily arranged anything.

I liked the choice to focus mostly on the victim’s families and Bundy’s long time girlfriend and her daughter. A lot of these serial crime docs focus on the killer and his gruesome misdeeds and too often the dead are reduced to mere numbers
