The Ending!?? (spoilers)

Maybe its just me, but I thought the ending was terrible (I know alot of people on this board think the whole movie was)

I thought it was very stupid to have Banderas' character meet up with the girl at the bar and end all lovey dovey and happy and finish it there, just felt wrong to me.

I think it would have been a lot better if Banderas' character found out that the other three had been playing him the whole time, cut to them flying away all proud and together and such, and that's it.
