That article is basically saying nothing at all. LOL
Fear Itself could already be on the same path as Bionic Woman. No official announcement ever coming about it being cancelled and it will simply disappear never to be seen again.
Yeah, I got my DVR programmed to record a new episode whenever it comes on....
...and there it sits and waits....
its a crying shame it can't at LEAST finish out the season!!!!!!! I'm a bit dissapointed.

Showtime passed on a 3rd season of MOH last Fall, which is the sole reason Fear Itself was started. Same Producers, same concept, different network, different name. Since Fear Itself started, the primary creator of the show Mick Garris dropped out when NBC wanted to hire scabs during the writers strike. So the real driving force of the show is gone.
I am hopeful a DVD collection will surface, & hopefully episodes such as Sacrifice & Eater will contain some "too intense for network" footage.

shareWell, word from an insider says they are definitely completing the season. There are 5 episodes left to air and episode 13 is a halloween premise, so chances are they will resume October 2 - leaving the final episode near halloween.

shareI don't understand why they aired it over the summer in the first place. Autumn is the best time to premerie a show like this late on a Thursday Night (like 10 or so) Of course I do not watch TV excpet for this and a couple of other things so there very well may be some HUGELY popular piece of sh*t I missed.

The show HAS been canceled. Whew! boy is that a relief to unload....

the shows I saw unfortunately (imo) weren't worth a second watch. I really wanted to like the series, but after seeing some spectacular Masters of Horror episodes the prior 2 years (Cigarette Burns, Dreams In the Witch House, Pelts to name just a few) this series didn't live up to my expectations. So I gave up hope in seeing/enduring another 5 episodes. But according to the reviews the 4 or 5 that didnt air are in the dvd set.
