Agenda driven 'feature' documentary.

If you're looking for an informative unbiased documentary; this isn't it. The whole reason the "feature documentary" category was created was to serve as a disclaimer for those who might mistake films like these as a documentary. If you're a Truther or wear tin foil fashions you'll love this movie.

Unbiased? What film doesn't have a spin or some sort of intention behind it? It's quite evident what the filmmakers are arguing and it's hardly disguised. It's not to the absurdity of the Truthers, as it doesn't portray the farmers nor the architects behind this feed system as malicious or evil. They were well intentioned people set out to lower food costs and cut wasteful farming labor which is a noble cause but had negative unseen side effects. They didn't demonize Earl L. Butz and were non aggressive in their ultimate message. I don't see your connection from this film to those conspiracies.

I'm guessing you haven't even seen the film.

I agree, the OP didn't watch the film.

The narrators don't have a clear opinion either way (until the final shot) and only gather facts from the corn growers and government officials themselves. It is very much left up to the audience to come to a conclusion.

If you couldn't detect a bias until the final scene, you need to work on your critical viewing skills.
