Ryder's watch(es) - goof or poor continuity?

When Ryder looks at his watch, and we see it on-screen, it is a Breitling with no additional functions. However the watch that Ryder wears in other scenes is clearly a chronometer, with stop watch buttons and dials.

I'd rather have a bottle in front of me than a frontal lobotomy.
