What did she spit out?

Ok, we saw the girl (sorry, I forgot the character's name, the one that everyone said could eat anything and stay thin) making herself throw up. Then it looked like she was choking and something came out of her mouth that the other girl buried later when she found it. So, what was it? I didn't get a good look at it to see what it was.
