Odd combination of high production values and terrible acting

The sound and cinematography were great. Very polished.

Everyone looked good, in terms of clothes, makeup, etc. And you can tell everyone was very earnest in their acting performances. But while some were decent, others were much more flat.

All in all, it came across as a college film-student's attempt to make a movie with friends as actors. Except the film-student had a multi-million dollar budget.

Kind of reminds me of something from the 90's. Like Melrose Place or something.
