This movie is absolutely better than a 4.8. Listen I understand it is somewhat predictable and plot was mostly stolen from the Usual Suspects, BUT I sat back and enjoyed it. The acting was fine, the pace was good and I wasn't sure how Haley Duff's character was exactly involved until basically the end. Its not a great movie by any stretch but it is better than 4.8. There are a TON of worse movies in the 5-6 range
