Their album debuted #2 on the iTunes charts. Good job, girls! It's not number one, So I guess Danity Kane won that battle, but I still love ur album, and I'm proud for you!

it shouldn't be about how many years it takes to get a 3rd single out.. that doesn't have to do anything with how much better they are. and making an album is a very long process.

I posted this back in May when GLG first came out, and I'll put it again:
I like Danity Kane and Girlicious both, but Girlicous are such amatuers. They really arent that likeable, and their singing isnt amazing. But, I am in love with their song "Like Me" for the moment. But, Danity Kane is like the biggest girl group out right now..which is amazing cause they've only been together for two years and they already have 2 #1, platinum seeling albums, like a trillion fans nationwide, one world tour with christina aguilara, and their own tour coming up, so Girlicious isnt really up to their level. But, I still like them. I hope there isn't any like "beef" between them.
*Plus Girlicous is all about sex appeal, whereas Danity Kane is more about beauty, as well as talent.
Edit: There isnt any "beef" between them, because they were at an event together.

Um, sorry to burst your bubble or whatever, but Bad Boy can't compare to Geffen, Interscope & A&M. 112, Fath Evans, Mase and countless others left the label so they could salvage their careers, because the label wasn't helping them that much. Cassie was a one-hit wonder, his OTHER girl group Dream fell apart, Da Band disappeared into thin air, Cheri Dennis and B5 can't get hits and the label is just a mess. Interscope on the other hand sticks by their artists and Ron Fair is a genius at music. So that last comment about the record labels need to be switched around. Girlicious isn't big here in the US, but they've found a fanbase in Canada. I'm a so-so fan of Girlicious, I don't LOVE them (because of Natalie) but Danity Kane aren't all that, either. They have two albums with only four videos to show for them. Two singles off of their debut album?! Wow! At least Girlicious looks in sync together, and DK, in my opinion, look sloppy together and out of place.

This is to the other poster, I dont think DK is sloppy. If you watch them dance in any of their videos, or performances, they're always in sync and they seem really skilled. But GLG..not so much. They're good, but they're not working with the best choreographers like DK is. All they do is flip their hair, and shake their asses. DK is much more skilled when it comes to dancing.
Plus you keep talking about how much they have P. Diddy backing them, but GLG is totally riding the coat tails of the Pussycat Dolls. You have to admit it. So their both in the same boat.

Actually, they are planning on going on tour with PCD. Plus, they're relasing they're album after PCD does, so they can feed off of their hype. Trust me its going to be PCD everything with GLG, when they actually do decide to come to the U.S. for their fans. Which there arent that many of. But, DK on the other hand...if you went to their concert in NY...it was awesome.

Personally I like Girlicious more, because I can relate to their music way more than Danity Kane plus I like Urban not that Pop *beep* Danity Kane is trying to go threw and For that person that said Danity went platinum, they actually didn't their first album sold
830,000 Copies not really platinum plus if that was the case than Britney Spears should've got platinum for Blackout because she sold more than that and didn't get it
And their new album only sold
532,000 Copies, which is low for a Girl Group, That's Cherish album sales right there which is tears
Actually, their first album did sell over a million copies..check ur "resources" again. Their second, debuted at number 1, and is certified Gold, which is great. Pkus, they have a new single out, thats climbing the charts, so Im sure they'll sell more.
But GLG is doing good too, like I said their number 2. I dont know how many albums they've sold, but its still good. But, I like DK more because I can actually go out to a store and buy their albums when it comes out, actually see them in concert, and actually turn on a TV and see their music videos. Unlike GLG, who is out in Canada...
Also, to the person who says their too Pop, thats true..like every good artist they changed up their sound. Their first album, was R&B, like GLG.

Their first album is certified Platinum, and their second is Gold, I dont know wat guys are reading. Bad Girls is at 85, but its all over the radio, they play it every minute on Music Choice, MTV Hits, its #6 on the TRL countdown, and is the #2 most watched video on MTV.com. Unlike Girlicious, who's second single from their album didnt even chart, and their first one is 101 after 5 months, and it still hasnt gone up. lol

Maybe Girlicious should follow their lead, because currently..they're nothing without their show. Their show didnt do that well in the U.S. , thats why their not famous here. But, they're show did well in Canada, thats why their semi-famous there.

I never saw the O-Town season, but this season, especially with the bos, was amazing. Way more entertaing than Girlicious. Plus. they had to do more stuff, than just learn a dance, and lip-sync a song a the end of the night.
