im not that good with dogs but that one suits me(lazzy as hell)

Dog? I haven't seen it yet but a friend from DeivantART said Roger was the black and white cat with the weird color eyes.

The dog you are refering to is a Basset Hound, and his name is Roberto. As was already said, Roger is the thin cat.
