Definitely an early role for Chris Hemsworth. Sean Bean shines.

This is a decidedly first effort to put Chris Hemsworth in a leading role. He does well enough, playing a hapless blue-collar American who finds himself the chance recipient of ill-gotten gains. But it's the sinister Sean Bean that makes this release worth catching.

Others on this board are right: the plot points and acting between Hemsworth and his film wife are fairly unbelievable. And the overall tale stretches incredulity. Still, I liked watching a dingy, world-weary Bean play an interesting villain (actually two).
