with Chris Hemsworth wooden acting skills in this movie, that he would never become a star. Now three years and 3 box office hits later, I am in shock as to how things have played out.

He got a lot better, but I don't think he was that awful in this. I also blame the script first--it is plain terrible in some scenes--and the horrible direction of this film. Even Sean Bean, who I usually love, is stale in certain parts.
There are few things as fetching as a bruised ego on a beautiful angel.
I'm watching it right now.
I'm at the robbery scenes with the girl and the guy (guy = Kirk from star trek 2009 :D ).
I don't understand WHY DIDN'T ONE OF THEM JUST SHOOT HIM WHEN THEY WERE ENTERING THE CAR , THEY HAD THE GUN!!

As I said on another thread, this was his first movie and he was only about 24 as the movie was made around 2007/2008. It had quite a delay in being released.
