who is the story about?? I mean the real life?

I Googled all the main characters names came up with nothing.

I tried finding them also and couldn't find them on searches. I was able to find the people from "Goodfellas" so they used actual names. I don't know if they changed them here but it seems like it.

I cant remember but i thought it said 'inspired by true events', not 'based on a true story'.

Yes there is a real Patty and she lives quietly in N.J. Her name was changed and she wants no publicity.
