Em-Bear-Assed

Pardon me if this death has been discussed on other threads, but even though they were focusing on the sexual aspect of the sub-culture, does anyone else think that the way they portrayed furries stereotyped us? I'm a proud furry myself (though I only go so far as to engage in non-sexual roleplays on DeviantArt.com and have never cosplayed in my life) and wanna hear the opinions of anyone familiar with the furry community.

I'm not sure I believe this one even happened. Let's admit that quite a few of these stories are either wildly exaggerated or flat out urban legends. Even if we accept that everything that led up to the guy's death was factual, would the partygoers really continue all oblivious with a bear eating a screaming man less than three yards away?

There's always something to look at if you open your eyes.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I think everyone there was high. If you get a chance to see a repeat, the scenario implies some kind of drug is consumed by all shortly before the animal encounter.
