Cliched Ending

I thought the ending was just terrible. The killer turned out to be his evil twin he thought was dead, seriously? The thing I though was really stupid was the way the hero show clemency to the twin who has killed their mother and father. It was such a cop out. He had to be whiter than white so that the evil twins downfall was all his own fault.

I’ve never watched any Indian films before but I heard they were supposed to be becoming more sophisticated recently. If this film is anything to go by, they have a long way to go.

FVCK this movie. It steals from ideas from Butterfly effect and a same titled script by an undiscovered screenwriter. Director is a thief.

it doesn't steal anything from butterflies. butterfly effect is talk of time travel, where u go back i the fututre and can change things, in this film you can go back but cant change things, and butterfly doesn't use a watch to have a minute to see everything. if this steals from butterfly effects, butterfly steals from back to the future.

i agree with h201.

there r many movies based on time travel and psycic powers.
it all depends on the theme of a movie.
and yes all of those movies may have some common elements but they r not copies of other movies.

Absolutely agree. On top of that, Jai also cried when Jeet died? WTF?? He didn't even cry when his father died!

How can Jeet blame Jai for what happened? He should know he did not do that on purpose, and they were KIDS!! Hello? Why didn't the mother tell before that she was going to sign the thing anyway?? That was revealed only later in the plot, while logically, she would've told her son right away when she told him about his father's wish to transfer everything to that organization Jai worked for.

There were many faults like these in the screenplay. Nagesh, if you're reading this; I'm mighty disappointed with you after you directed such wonderful films as Dor, Iqbal and 3 Deewarein.

Yep definitely, I would interested to see some Indian films and any recomendations would be greatfully received. I like most sorts of films. The only things I don't like are chick flicks or films which are very stupid.

Thanks. I've looked into some of the most recent ones to get a feel for which ones are likely to appeal to me (by looking IMDB scores and reviews, etc.)

To start off, I've added Gandhi My Father and Johnny Gaddaar to my DVD rental list and I'll decide whether I want to add more once I've watched those two.

I hated the ending too.
Why didn't the evil brother just went to his family and declared that he is alive and has gotten back. The whole family would've accepted him as such...without all this evil planning..and killing your parents plot.
