Well it's a cover of "Once Upon a Time There Was a Pretty Fly (Lullaby)" from the film "The Night of The Hunter" (1955). A band from the 90's called Mono Puff covered the song in 1998, and titled it simply Pretty Fly, but this is not the version used in the trailer. Alas, I cannot find the version they used in the trailer. If anyone could shed some light onto this, it would be much appreciated. Sorry for the long winded yet useless answer.
