wondering (spoiler)

I'm wondering how many bodies were never recovered from 9/11? Also how many may be still alive and taking Fullmer's route. And noting that insurance sure makes it all the more easy to stay dead, in some cases mandatory. If you did have a change of mind it would sure complicate things.
