Not half bad

I watched this movie when I visited my parent's house this weekend. My mom works at the library and got it there. I went into this fully expecting the acting to be horrible and the story line atrocious. The only reason I really wanted to see it was because Uncle Joey, um I mean Dave Coulier was in it and I was expecting to see some of his cornball impersonations used throughout it. After watching it I can say it was actually pretty good. I went in with very low expectations though. It was amusing and the story line was actually pretty clever. The acting was alot better than I expected it to be although some of the actors/actresses displayed some pretty bad acting at times which is probably to be expected of a straight to video release. I'm not usually the one to like the "kids with the dog" type of movies which seem to flood the family entertainment market but if your looking for a movie that you can watch with your young ones this is probably a decent pick. There are some adult themes here but they are mild in comparison with most of the movies out today, even the G-rated ones.

I saw it on lifetime last night and I thought it was adorable. Surprising to see Joey Gladstone be a con artist. Dave Coulier was not as obnoxious in thisz as he was on occasion on Full house.

I liked everyone and everyone's acting except for Elizabeth. I didn't think she belonged with the family for some reason.
